Shipping Time Update 7-29-2010

Current shipping times are 4-5 business days for all new Saiga orders and 6-10 for Galil. We are shipping both back orders and current orders out together to keep delay times down. We hope that by the end of July all orders will be current and have 1-2 day shipping.

Policies

Return Merchandise Policy
You may return new and unused items purchased at Magnolia State Armory within 30 days of the sale. We will pay the return shipping costs if it is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 15%. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and a copy of your invoice. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 10 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Ship authorized returns to the following address: P.O. Return Conditions
Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, and resalable) condition, in the original manufacturer packaging, with all accessories, kit components, and instruction manuals included. For your protection, items must be returned shipping prepaid, insured for the full value and safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage. Items that have been used by the customer or items that have been damaged by use cannot be returned to us.

Manufacturing Defects
Items with manufacturing defects must be sent directly to the specific manufacturer in accordance with the warranty terms after our 30 day return window has passed.

Exchanges
If an item is defective, it can be returned for an exchange within 30 days of purchase, outside the 30 days the manufacturer must be contacted directly for a replacement.

Shipping Refunds
Shipping charges on returns are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

Restocking Fees
There is no restocking fee for returns of unopened and unused items returned within 30 days. This means that an item must be in sellable as new condition.  Please keep in mind that restrictions apply for special orders. We reserve the right to refuse to issue credit for any item that has been used, misused or damaged. We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% on returns of opened, used, or damaged products.
